The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Defence, Mr. Richard Pheelamilo Pheelangwa, was joined by family members, friends, colleagues, and well-wishers on Saturday, December 6, 2025, to celebrate the wedding of his son, Mubarak, and his bride, Kate, in Abuja.

The church wedding ceremony was held at ECWA Goodnews Church, PW, Kubwa, where guests gathered to witness the couple’s union and share in their joy.

Following the church ceremony, a reception was held at the Evelyn’s Hall, Gwarimpa, Abuja. The venue was filled with guests who came together to honour and celebrate the couple’s joyful union.
